Helix antennas use circular polarisation. Choose the frequency band and version, then check the gain, number of turns and polarisation handedness of that specific model.
RHCP or LHCP
Match circular polarisation handedness with the other antenna in the radio link. Both options being listed in a series does not mean that both are ready to ship for every SKU.

Gain and turn count help distinguish versions. Consider dimensions and aiming requirements as well; do not choose solely by the highest dBi value.
