Payment methods
1. Prepayment via bank
You can make a payment via any bank branch after agreeing on the order and delivery cost. The goods are sent to your address (unless otherwise agreed) after the money is credited to our account. You can speed up the processing of the order by confirming the payment by phone or email.
2. Cashless payment (only for legal entities and volunteers)
If you indicated when registering in our store that you represent a legal entity, you can use the cashless payment method. After agreeing on the details of the order, you will receive an invoice for cashless payment. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days from the moment the funds are received in our bank account. Together with the goods, you will receive the original invoice, invoice and consignment note. Do not forget to issue a power of attorney with the signature of the manager and the seal of the enterprise for the person who will receive the purchase. To speed up the processing of the order, confirm the payment by phone or email, indicating the order number.
Shipping method
1. Delivery by a worldwide transport company
The cost of delivery varies depending on the weight and size of the cargo, calculated after receiving the order in accordance with the tariffs of the transport company "DHL" or "Meest".
Delivery is carried out by the transport company within 1-5 days from the date of order (you can find out the exact delivery date by phone after confirming the order by phone or email). Delivery is made to the office of the transport company in your city.
Shipping is carried out only after confirming your order by phone or email. When confirming by email, please make sure that your contact information is accurate.
